Adding Fields to Contacts

You can extend the Contact object with custom fields. You do that in two steps:

  1. Go under Settings > Custom Contact Fields and define your new fields. These will be available on all contacts.
  2. Then you pass custom properties on the session using javascript, as documented here.

The custom session properties will be transferred to the Contact once intercepted by Triggebee data service.

Where will the fields appear?

The fields appear on the contact view and are available on all automations and CSV exports.
