Creating a Contact Filter

The filtering option in the Customer profiles section makes it possible to segment contacts based on their properties. Here are some examples of segments that can be created.

  • All contacts that has given consent.
  • All contacts with a certain tag.
  • All contacts that has completed a purchase (goal).
  • All contacts that came from a certain utm-campaign. 

How to create a contact filter


Navigate to Customer profiles, and press + NEW to open the filtering options.


Select one or several options and press Use when done. 


The matching contacts will appear in the list. It is possible to combine multiple filters. Simply press +NEW again to add another filter. 


 How to remove a contact filter

To remove a current filter, simply press the X on the filter box. The page will reload automatically.
