Triggerbee Consent looks for the
"I can't see my policy widget on my website"
This is due to Triggerbee and browser cache.
However, you can force your policy widget to appear by navigating to Consent from the left side menu, and click on "View" under "Policy widget on the website".
"The URL to my policy changes each time we edit the policy, why?"
Each time you edit your policy, a new revision is created. And each time a new revision is created, the revision number in the URL changes.
"Where can I see the contacts that have given their Consent in Triggerbee?"
You can find them mainly in two places:
- In your visitor list
- In your People database.
To find contacts with consent in your visitor list, go to "Insights" from the left menu, click on "+NEW" to add a visitor filter. Select "Goals" and choose "Gave consent" in the box that appears.
To find contacts with consent in your People database, go to "People" from the left menu, click on "+NEW" to add a contact filter. Select "Given consent" on the right side in the window that appears.

"How can I find contacts that have given their Consent in my email marketing software"
Note: Triggerbee will automatically populate Mailchimp and Rule with consent data, for other email marketing software, this needs to be set up manually. You will find further reading here.
In order to find email subscribers in Mailchimp for instance, with the goal "Gave Consent", you need to create a new segment and choose to show contacts that have "Gave Consent" in the "Triggerbee Goals"-field.
