An intro to Interest profiling
The interest profiling shows what your visitors are most interested in for example visitor x have shown interest in "pricing" or "contact". The interest algorithm is based on behavior (e.g. where they clicked or scrolled) on pages connected to that specific category. This will help you understand more about your visitors needs and interests, see common use cases below:
- CSM responsible can keep track of customers visiting the Knowledge base and you can be proactive reaching out asking them if they found the right answer etc
- If a prospect have a total visit historic of 3 or more and the interest profile says most interest in "contact" or "pricing"
- You work with marketing and you want to see how many visitors who has shown interest in x product or service in the past 30 days
