Intro to Interest profiling
When someone visits your site, it's important for you to know what they are interested in. Are they interested in a specific product category, looking at your events, or are they simply looking for employment within your company? Wouldn't you like to know?
Say hello to Triggerbee Interest Profiling. You pick your own categories, and Triggerbee will show you each vistors interest profile. The interest algorithm is based on behavior (e.g. where they clicked or scrolled) on pages connected to that specific category. This will help you understand more about your visitors needs and interests.
Note: Have in mind that the interest profile might differ between the specific session and the contact. The visitor might be interested in shoes today only, but when looking at all their visits - he or she might mostly look at jackets.
How to work with Interest profiling
Here are some common use cases for Interest profiling:
- CSM responsible can keep track of customers visiting the Knowledge base and you can be proactive reaching out asking them if they found the right answer.
- If a prospect have a total visit history of 3 or more and the interest profile says most interest in "contact" or "pricing", you might classify it as a hot prospect.
- You work with marketing and you want to see how many visitors who has shown interest in x product or service in the past 30 days
- Segment your subscribers and send out targeted newsletters. For instance, only write about "women's clothing" to the subscribers that have been showing the most interest in that category.
