How to add Tags to Visitors
Tags are used to organize your visits. Is the visitor a supplier, co-worker, customer or perhaps a competitor? Use tags to remove certain visits from your Most Interesting segment, or tag them based on actions. Use our standard tags, or compose your own.
Note: Tagging is only possible when the visitor has been identified with an organization or as a contact.
How to set a tag
Navigate to Insights, and press the visit that you want to add a tag to.
Press "Person" if you want to add the tag to the specific contact, or "Organization" if you want to tag every visitor from this Organization.
Note: For contacts, tagging can also be done through the People section.
In the tag field, choose a tag from the preset options, or write your own. Press "Save tag"
The tag will now appear on the visit in the Insights- and People view.
Our preset tags will show as icons, and custom tags will be written out in full.
