Integrating with Webpower

The Triggerbee Webpower integration makes it possible to get better analytics on what company and subscribers that are reading the articles on your website.

How to set up the integration

  1. Navigate to Apps & Integrations in Triggerbee, and activate the Webpower app.
  2. Login to Webpower, and activate the SOAP extension. You'll find the option just below your quick links. It should be purple when activated.
If you can't activate your SOAP extension, you need to contact Webpower support in order to activate it.
  3. In Wepower, click on settings in the top navigation bar, then click on "Sub-accounts" in the left-hand menu.
  4. Click on the blue cogwheel on the right-hand side. Tick the "Id"-box and click on "Show".
  5. Find your account in the list and write down the ID to the left of the account name.
  6. Now, double-click on your account name to go to the settings .
    1. Scroll down to the SOAP settings, and ensure it's set to "Yes".
    2. Scroll down further to the Google/SiteCatalyst settings, and paste the following code into the URL parameter pattern text field: utm_custom%5Bwp%5D={$id},{$CAMPAIGN_ID}&utm_campaign={$mailingName}
  7. Click on Save.
  8. You're almost done. In the Google/SiteCatalyst settings, just below the URL parameter pattern field, there's a text box. Add your domain name in it, and in the end, this section should look like this:

Send converted visitors to Webpower

Once Triggerbee has helped you identify and convert your visitors, you might want to add them to your email subscriber list. This is done through Triggerbee Form Settings.

  1. Start by creating and designing your Campaign with a form. Complete the setup with naming, triggers, and audience. But don't publish the campaign yet.
  2. Then, navigate to Automations in the left menu and create a new one. Add your campaign as the triggering event on the left in the Automation
  3. On the right, add Webpower actions to "Add email to list" and select the list you want to send your subscriber to.
  4. If you are collecting more data in your form, or wish to update any other fields on your subscriber, you can also add the action "Update field on subscriber". Select what field in Webpower you want to update, and with what Triggerbee data.
  5. This is what your final automation should look like:

  6. When you're done with all your actions, press Save. In the automation overview, activate the automation. Then you are ready to publish your campaign!

Trigger automation in Webpower

The Triggerbee - Webpower integration also allows you to trigger emails from Webpower directly via Triggerbee events. This is done through Triggerbee Automations

    1. If you create a new automation, select your triggering event on the left-hand side, eg. when a visitor completes a purchase or logs in.
  2. Add another Action, and select "Send the visitor an email". In the dropdown, select the email template you want to send.
  3. Save your automation and you're done
