Distributing coupon codes with Triggerbee campaigns and want to measure performance?
If a coupon has been distributed using a Triggerbee campaign, then that campaign will be attributed to any sale that occurs within the attribution timeframe (default 7 days).
If we know that the coupon was applied by the customer at checkout, then the order amount will be included in the Incentivized Sales metric and also attributed to that amount on the campaign.
For Triggerbee to attribute revenue where coupons were used to the Incentivized Sales metrics, you must first include coupons in the data you send to Triggerbee on the checkout complete page. Here is how you do it!
If a customer has received a coupon in a Triggerbee campaign, but you are not sending coupon data from your webshop checkout, then Triggerbee will include the order revenue in the Assisted Sales metrics instead of the Incentivized Sales metric.
