Real-time automations: instant feedback on form submissions
Triggerbee’s new Realtime Automations gives your visitors a much smoother experience when submitting forms.
Without Realtime Automations, it is possible to check if the email was already in your CRM (for most CRMs), but it was not possible to check other credentials, like phone numbers or personal numbers. And even when the email was in use, the visitor was not allowed to try with another email; they were just sent to a "oops, you already exist" flow.
So, instead of just showing a success/oops message even when something went wrong (like a phone number already in use), Triggerbee now checks the submitted data in real time, before the form is finalized, and allows visitors to try to revise and try again.
Note: Realtime Automations are only available for Voyado at the moment (June 2025)
Here’s what it does
When a visitor submits a form, Triggerbee immediately checks with your CRM or data destination. Based on the response, you can choose exactly what should happen. For example:
If everything is OK
Show a thank you message, move to the next step, or close the widget.
If the data is invalid (e.g., wrong format)
Show a custom error like “Please revise the format of the data you sent.”
If the user already exists in your CRM
Show a message like “This user already exists” and suggest another email, or send them to another flow.
If something unexpected happens
Let the visitor know that something went wrong, instead of silently failing.
Your options inside Triggerbee
Activate Realtime Automations under Form Settings. Upon activation, these settings appear at the bottom of the Form Settings. For each case, you can decide exactly what to do:
Show a custom message
Perfect for short, friendly feedback that lets users try again.
Change step
Send users to another step in the campaign flow. Useful if you want to collect fallback data or offer an alternative action.
Close widget
When there’s nothing more to do, you can end the interaction.
Everything is editable from the campaign settings (under the form settings), and gives you full control over what happens based on the CRM's response.
