What is an active campaign?

An active campaign is any published popup, survey, embedded content, or similar that is live on your website.

Can I use Triggerbee on multiple domains or brands?

Yes. You can have separate accounts per language/market. For multiple brands or domains, contact sales for a custom setup.

What happens if I go over my traffic limits?

- Pro plan: You’ll get notifications. If exceeded, campaigns may be paused until the next cycle.

- Success plan: Includes an overage grace period, though sustained overages may require plan adjustments.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes, you can upgrade anytime. Downgrading from Pro to Essential requires setting up a new plan.

How many users can I invite?

Unlimited. There are no extra charges for team members.

What is the cancellation policy?

Essential and Pro (monthly) include 30-day cancellation. Annual and Success plans have different terms.

Does Triggerbee integrate with my CRM or ESP?

Native integrations are available. You can also connect other systems via Zapier, or request new integrations through the feature request page.
