Updated this week

To integrate Triggerbee with Voyado, the following is needed in Voyado. This article describes how to set it up.

  • One API Key

  • One Encryption Key/Soft Login Key

  • Fields for Triggerbee data

  • Three Custom Automations

  • Triggerbee Source

To set up the integration, you need access to "Engage Configuration" in Voyado. Contact Voyado if you do not have access to this section. You can also order the "Triggerbee setup" from Voyado.

Triggerbee Source can not be set up by yourself. Contact Voyado for help with this.

How to set up Triggerbee in Voyado

  1. Navigate to Engage Config in Voyado.

  2. Move on to API Connections and create a new connection. Select Triggerbee as Name and Onsite as Type. Save. This is your API Key to use in the Triggerbee config later.

  3. Now, to go Soft Identification and create an Encryption Key. This is your Soft Identification Key. to use in the Triggerbee config later.

  4. Make sure to add all domains that you link from your newsletters under URL Filters. Add each URL with an initial star, ie, *.yourdomain.com

  5. Next, go to Custom Triggers and create a new custom trigger. We recommend that you create at least three. The TriggerId of the trigger must be triggerOne, triggerTwo etc. You can have as many as you want.

  6. Lastly, you need to create the Triggerbee data fields. All fields are optional, but we recommend that you add all. All fields have a name, an id, and a type. All fields should be put in the Triggerbee Panel. Add all fields according to below.

It is important that the ID is exactly what is specified here, for Triggerbee to be able to sync automatically.

    Name: Last Seen
    ID: tbLastSeen
    Type: String

    Name: First Seen
    ID: tbFirstSeen
    Type: String

Name: Goals that the visitor has acquired
    ID: tbGoals
    Type: LongString

    Name: Interest Profile 1 name
    ID: tbProfln1
    Type: String

    Name: Interest Profile 1 value
    ID: tbProflv1
    Type: Integer

    Name: Interest Profile 2 name
    ID: tbProfln2
    Type: String

    Name: Interest Profile 2 value
    ID: tbProflv2
    Type: Integer

    Name: Interest Profile 3 name
    ID: tbProfln3
    Type: String

    Name: Interest Profile 3 value
    ID: tbProflv3
    Type: Integer

  7. Once you are done with the fields, you are done with the config in Voyado. Now, proceed to set up the integration in Triggerbee.
