Once your first onsite experience is published, you’ll start seeing results. View combined performance under the same page, or open an individual experience to see its results and performance over time.
Views
Every time a visitor sees your onsite experience, it counts as a view. A view is counted once per experience, even if it contains multiple steps. If the same visitor sees the experience again later, this counts as a new view. This means that views are not unique.
Impressions
The total number of times your onsite experience was displayed to visitors, including multiple impressions from the same visitor.
Clicks
A click is counted when a visitor clicks a button, link, or other clickable element in your onsite experience. If the experience has no clickable call-to-action, no clicks will be recorded. Triggerbee only counts positive clicks that lead the visitor somewhere. Actions such as closing or dismissing the experience are not counted as clicks automatically.
Your Click Rate (CTR) is calculated by dividing the number of clicks by the number of views.
Click-throughs
The total number of times visitors clicked through your onsite experience, either by clicking a button or link, or by continuing to the next step in a multi-step experience.
Form responses
When a visitor submits a form in your onsite experience, it counts as a Form Response. All submitted responses are automatically saved in a form response list, where you can view the collected data.
If you have onsite experiences that contain forms, you can find all your form response lists here: https://app.triggerbee.com/response-lists
Surveys
If your onsite experience contains an NPS or CSAT component, you have what we call a "survey". The collected responses are available under the "Listen" objective in your Onsite Experience dashboard. Here, you can view your results and track how your score changes over time.
Survey responses
The total number of times visitors submitted a response to a survey in your onsite experience.
Survey response rate
The percentage of visitors who submitted a survey response after seeing your onsite experience.
Referral experiences
Referral experiences encourage visitors to invite friends by sharing a personal referral link. Each referral experience consists of two connected experiences: one for the sender and one for the recipient. You can track the performance of both parts and see data such as impressions, shares, and revenue.
Note: For Revenue to be displayed, you must log revenue together with the Completed Purchase goal. Read more about Revenue logging here.
The statistics for views, impressions, clicks, and form responses work the same way as described above. The difference with a referral experience is that Triggerbee also tracks shares.
Shares
A share is counted when a visitor clicks the Copy Link or Share button (all referral templates have this button automatically). This indicates an intent to share, although Triggerbee cannot confirm whether the referral link was actually sent to a friend.
