Your Onsite Experiences dashboard
The Onsite Experiences dashboard is your main workspace for managing everything you show to visitors through Triggerbee. From here, you can get a quick overview of how your onsite experiences are performing. This is also where you create new ones, and manage experiences across one or multiple accounts.
The dashboard combines performance data and experience management in one place, so you can quickly go from seeing what's happening to taking action.
Select which accounts to view
If you have access to multiple accounts, use the account selector in the top-right corner to choose which accounts you want to work with in this view. You can select a specific account or choose All accounts to get a combined overview. This allows you to be able to compare how your experiences are performing across sites, especially if you're running the same campaign in multiple accounts.
When viewing multiple accounts, the Account column in the experience list shows which account each experience belongs to.
Select a date range
Use the date selector in the top-right corner to choose the period you want to analyze. The selected date range controls the performance data displayed on the dashboard, including your objective metrics and experience statistics.
Use the "Compare Metric To" selector to compare the metrics either to the previous period (previous 7/30/90 days) or the same dates last year. This is especially useful if you have season or holiday-based sales.
View the timeline
Click Show timeline to switch to a timeline view of your onsite experiences.
The timeline gives you another way to understand what experiences are currently live, when they end, and what is scheduled ahead.
Explore performance by objective
Every onsite experience in Triggerbee belongs to one of six key objectives (the "Triggerbee Growh Model"):
Audience Growth · Understand · Activate · Convert & Sell · Listen · Retain
Use the objective tabs at the top of the dashboard to switch between them.
Selecting an objective lets you focus on the experiences and performance data related to that specific goal. Choose Show All to see the combined performance of your onsite experiences.
Each objective also displays a set of key metrics and their change compared with your selected comparison period.
Get a quick performance overview
The metric cards give you a quick overview of how your onsite experiences performed during the selected period.
Depending on the experiences you're viewing, you can see metrics such as:
Impressions, Form responses, Click-throughs, and New emails collected.
The small trend graphs make it easier to see how the metrics have developed throughout the selected period.
Click the information icon on a metric to learn more about what it measures.
Create a new onsite experience
Click + Create at the top of the page to create a new onsite experience.
You can also use the quick-create options at the bottom of each Objective tab to jump directly into common use cases within each Objective, such as a:
Signup popup, Quiz / Product Guide, Login nudge, or FOMO sales campaign.
Filter your experiences
Use the filters above the experience list to narrow down what you see.
You can filter by status, such as active experiences, and use the experience-type filters to quickly find:
Promotions · Forms · Surveys · Games · Referrals · Nudges & Tours · Quiz & Guides · A/B Tests
You can combine search and filters to narrow the list even further.
Save frequently used filters
If you regularly use the same combination of filters, you can save it under Saved filters. This makes it easier to return to a specific view without rebuilding your filters every time. For example, you could create a saved filter for your Black Week experiences.
Customize Columns
The experience list gives you performance data for each individual experience directly from the dashboard. Use the column picker to select what columns you wish to see in your table.
Preview an experience
The Preview column shows a small preview of each experience, making it easier to recognize campaigns visually. Hover over it to see it bigger. You can also use the eye icon of an experience to preview it on your site.
Turn experiences on or off
Use the toggle on the left side of an experience to quickly turn it on or off.
This lets you control whether an experience is active without opening the editor.
The Status column also shows the current state of the experience, such as Live or Draft.
If an experience has unpublished updates, you'll also see a Local changes indicator. Remember to republish your campaign to have the changes go live on your website.
Open performance statistics
Use the statistics icon on an experience to open its detailed performance data.
This is where you can dig deeper into how that specific onsite experience is performing.
Manage multiple experiences
Click Select multiple to select several experiences at once. This is useful when you want to perform actions across several experiences instead of managing them one by one.
You can use bulk actions to manage experiences across your accounts, including actions such as deleting and exporting.
Export your data
Use the download icon in the top-right corner to export data from the dashboard.
This is useful when you want to continue analyzing your onsite experience data outside Triggerbee or include it in your own reporting.
