Ready to start engaging your visitors? In this guide, you'll learn how to create and launch your first campaign using Triggerbee — step by step.
Estimated time to complete: 5–10 minutes
Step 1: Go to the Campaigns Section
Navigate to Campaign in the left sidebar.
Click the “New Campaign” button.
Step 2: Choose a Template or Start from Scratch
You can either:
Pick a template: Choose from ready-made templates for banners, modals, surveys, etc. These will automatically get your Brand Settings applied.
Start from scratch: Create a custom design that fits your brand and goal.
Tip: Templates are great if you want a quick setup or inspiration.
Step 3: Design Your Campaign
Use the drag-and-drop editor to rearrange current components, and/or add more components from the Component Library (under ADD) in the menu on the left.
Customize styles, fonts, and colors to match your branding by clicking on each component and adjusting the settings in the right menu.
If you're building a form, go to Form Settings to connect your CRM.
Make sure to check out the desktop and mobile versions of your campaign to ensure that it's responsive.

Step 4: Set Your Campaign Rules
After you've done designing, move on to Campaign Settings. This is where you define when, where and to whom the campaign should appear.
Audience: Choose who should see it (based on behavior, segment, location, etc.). Read more about Audiences here.
Trigger: Decide what activates the campaign (e.g., time on page, exit intent, scroll depth).
Scheduling & Repetition: Set how often visitors see the campaign.
Step 5: Define Your Goal
Select what success looks like by selecting attribution type in Assisted Sales:
Button click
Form submission
Campaign view
etc.
Assisted Sales will help you measure performance in your campaign stats.
Note: For Triggerbee to calculate ROI on campaigns, you must log Purchases and Revenue to Triggerbee.
Step 6: Preview and Test
Click Preview to see what your campaign looks like on different devices.
To test your campaign with the correct audience, you can use the Manual Trigger. Publish your campaign with this Trigger, and you'll get a link to where the campaign will display if you're in the correct Audience.
Step 7: Publish!
When you're happy with the setup, click Publish in the bottom right corner, or schedule it for later. If you do nothing, the campaign will be saved as a draft.
After Publishing
You can:
View campaign performance (impressions, conversions, etc.)
Edit or pause the campaign anytime
Duplicate it to reuse the setup for future campaigns
