We’ve redesigned the Triggerbee Campaign Designer to make it faster, easier, and more intuitive to build onsite experiences that match your brand and drive results. Whether you’re creating your first campaign or managing daily experiments, the new designer is built to speed up your workflow and help you stay creative.
With a fresh look and a cleaner layout, everything is now more streamlined—from adding steps and components to switching layouts, customizing styles, and connecting your CRM. Plus, we’ve added several small-but-mighty improvements based on your feedback to make editing smoother and more flexible.
In this article, we’ll walk you through what’s new, what’s improved, and how to get the most out of the new experience.
💡 The new Campaign Designer is already available as an optional toggle in your User Settings. The full switch to the new designer will take place in October 2025.
A Cleaner, More Modern Look
We’ve refreshed the entire interface to make it easier on the eyes and more focused. The background now has a neutral grid pattern, giving you better contrast and visual guidance while editing.
We’ve also reduced the use of bright blue tones and added more white and light-grey shades throughout the workspace. The result? A lighter, calmer, and more professional environment that helps you focus on your campaign—not the UI.
Smarter Layout with a Clearer Structure
We’ve completely reorganized the Campaign Designer to make your workflow faster and easier to follow.
Left Panel: Structure and Overview
Step navigation and layout management now live together in the left-hand panel, making it easier to manage multi-step campaigns at a glance.
Simplified navigation: In the old designer, layout and step navigation were separated. Now, they’re unified, so you can see everything in one place.
Form Settings, Components Custom Scripts are now placed in the left side panel for easier access.
Faster editing: Instantly view which components belong to which step, and reorder, duplicate, copy, or delete them directly from the layout panel.
Make it sticky: You can now pin (make sticky) the left panel to keep it expanded while working—perfect when switching frequently between components.
Right Panel: Focused on Design
The right-hand panel is now dedicated to component settings and styling, with a new two-tab structure:
General Tab: Handles layout, actions, and general component settings.
Style Tab: Everything related to design—typography, size, spacing, animations, shadows, and color.
Improvements
New component editing bar
With the new component handler, it is easier to move, copy, delete, and duplicate components.
Sticky Text Editing
We've moved the previously floating text editor to the top bar, and made it sticky - so it is no longer in the way of your editing!
Component Breadcrumbs
When editing components that are within a column, or part of a set, like discount code or email + submit button - we've added a breadcrumb feature for easier access to the parent component.
Shadows Made Simple
In the old designer, adding shadows required manually adjusting sliders for spread, blur, and offset.
Now, you can simply choose from three preset shadow styles: small, medium, or large, and get the perfect look instantly.
New Features
We didn’t just redesign the interface, we added new tools and creative options to make your campaigns stand out.
New Layout Type: “Edge”
Introducing Edge Campaigns. These small, sticky widgets can attach to one of the edges of your website.
Perfect for light interactions like feedback prompts, welcome offers, or subtle promotions without taking over the page.
Graphics Library
With the new and improved Graphics Library, you'll have easier access to all your photos and graphics. Create collections to get a better structure of your images, and rearrange as you wish.
In the Graphics Folder, you'll also find pre-uploaded Graphics from Triggerbee, free to use!
Rotate Anything
Add a playful twist to your design with the Rotation feature. Rotate text blocks, images, or buttons to create quirky, eye-catching layouts.
