The "new" Campaign Editor will be released during the summer of 2025.
We’ve redesigned the Triggerbee Campaign Editor to make it faster, easier, and more intuitive to build onsite experiences that match your brand and drive results. Whether you’re creating your first campaign or managing daily experiments, the new editor is built to speed up your workflow and help you stay creative.
With a fresh look and a cleaner layout, everything is now more streamlined—from adding steps and components to switching layouts, customizing styles, and connecting your CRM. Plus, we’ve added several small-but-mighty improvements based on your feedback to make editing smoother and more flexible.
In this article, we’ll walk you through what’s changed, what’s improved, and how to get the most out of the new experience.
What's new in the new editor
The new editor brings a cleaner layout, a better structure for managing your campaign steps and components, and an overall faster editing experience. Here’s what’s changed:
A cleaner, more modern look
We’ve refreshed the entire UI to make it easier on the eyes and more focused. The background now has a neutral grid pattern, giving you better contrast and clarity while editing.
We’ve also reduced the use of blue and added more white and light-grey tones throughout the interface. This makes the workspace feel lighter, less distracting, and more professional, helping you stay focused on your campaign without the UI getting in the way.
Smarter Layout with Clearer Structure
We’ve rearranged the editor to help you work faster and with more clarity. The right-hand panel now only displays designing possibilities on your current components, while the left-hand panel has Layout, Adding more components, Form Settings and Custom Scripts.
Left Panel - Structure and overview
Step navigation is now simpler: In the old editor, step and layout navigation were divided. In the new editor, we've added these together in the left-hand panel, making multi-step campaigns easier to manage.
Easier editing of each step: You can quickly see which components belong to which step, and rearrange or edit them from the list. You can also delete, duplicate, copy, and hide/display components on mobile/desktop directly from the layout menu.
Make it sticky! Since the left panel can now expand, we've also added the possibility to make it sticky. Simply click this arrow-button to make the left panel always expanded, or un-click it to make it expand/close depending on what you're currently editing.
Right Panel - Focused on design
The right panel has two new tabs - General and Style. The General tab is the main tab and contains general settings such as layout, actions, and settings for components. The styling tab has all the styling settings, such as typography, sizes, positioning, animations, and colors.
New features
We also added some other, new, cool features while we were at it!
New Layout: Edge
We introduced a new layout for your campaigns - called Edge! Edge campaigns are small widgets, like teasers, that are sticky to one of the edges of your website. Perfect for nudging about feedback, welcome offers, or promotions.
Shadow
Adding shadow to your canvas or buttons has been a bit tricky in the old editor, where there were sliders to adjust size, spread, and position. To make it easier, we've added some premade shadow options (small, medium, large), so you can quickly select a suitable shadow for your component.
Rotation
The rotation feature allows you to rotate components - quirky and fun!
