Keeping your campaigns and automations running smoothly is our mission. Luckily, Triggerbee has very low downtime, but when an incident does happen, we aim to keep you informed. We do this in three ways, via in-app banners, emails, and through our status page.

Status Page

Instead of guessing or waiting for a support reply, our dedicated Status Page gives you:

  1. Full transparency – we publish every incident (big or small) in real time and keep an open historical log.

  2. One source of truth – no need to ping support; the page shows the latest heartbeat of every Triggerbee feature (Campaign Performance, Analytics, Automations, etc.)

  3. Reduced downtime anxiety – instant visibility helps your team decide whether to pause campaigns or simply wait a few minutes while we fix things.

Triggerbee’s uptime has averaged 99.95 % over the past 12 months, and we work hard to keep it that way.


How to subscribe to status update emails

To subscribe to our status update emails, simply go to the Status page and click "Subscribe to Updates" at the top right. Upon activating this, you will get an email whenever we experience downtime or other issues. You can unsubscribe at any time.
