Buzz is your assistant inside Triggerbee. Ask it questions about your campaigns, traffic, signups and sales in plain language, and it answers using your own account data. It can also do the work for you: find a template, build a campaign, create an audience, or publish a campaign you're happy with.

Buzz always asks for your approval before it changes anything, so nothing is created, edited, or published without you saying yes. You can type or use the microphone to speak your question, mention a specific campaign or audience to point Buzz at it, and open What I can see to check exactly what data it used. It replies in the language you're using Triggerbee in.

Good to know: Buzz can make mistakes, so check anything important. Your plan includes a set number of AI chat messages per month.

On any campaign's performance page, Buzz reviews how the campaign actually did, compares it to similar campaigns, and gives you a short list of specific things to try next. Each suggestion is marked high, medium or low priority, and you can expand it to see the reasoning.

Good to know: The campaign needs to have been published and to have at least 10 interactions (clicks, submissions) before there's enough to analyse.

Instead of building a report, just ask. Ask the Data answers questions about your analytics in plain language: which campaigns converted best, what drives the most revenue, how your identified rate has changed, how mobile compares to desktop. AI Insights does the opposite — pick a date range and it tells you what stands out without you having to ask.

Good to know: Answers cover the date range you have selected, so widen or narrow it to change what's included.

Triggerbee looks at how visitors have actually behaved on your site over the selected period and suggests up to three audiences worth creating that you don't have yet. Each suggestion explains why it matters and shows roughly how many profiles it would contain, so you can judge it before creating it. Create one in a click, or dismiss the suggestions.

Not sure which template to start from? Describe what you want to achieve and Triggerbee suggests templates that fit your goal, recommends a layout, and can create the campaign with a first draft of the content already written. Keep describing what you're after to get different suggestions.

Good to know: It creates a draft. Nothing goes live until you publish it yourself.

Every campaign is automatically sorted by what it's built to achieve - its objectives, like Recruit, Activate, or Listen. Campaigns will be grouped in the new campaign dashboard. You don't need to tag anything yourself; Triggerbee works it out from the campaign contents.

However, if you want to re-categorize a campaign, you will be able to select your own classification.

Building a quiz question by question takes a while. Describe what your quiz is about and how many questions you want, and Triggerbee writes a full set for you in the right format, ready to review and edit before you use them.
