As soon as the Triggerbee tracking code has been installed on your webpage, Triggerbee will start to collect data on the visitors. The data collected can be divided into groups, session data, and profile data. There is also a difference between static data and dynamic, event-handled data. Some of the data is classified as personal data, but not all.
Session Data
When a session starts, eg. a visitor appears on your webpage - Triggerbee will collect a number of different data attributes from your visitors. Some of the attributes are static, eg. always collected and can not be changed, and some are dynamic - meaning it depends on your Triggerbee setup and can vary over time.
Static Data
This data is continuously collected in the default setup of Triggerbee, and can not be turned off.
Date and time of the session
Registered IP Company (paid addon). If no Company is registered, the Internet Supplier will display.
The country and city that the visitor is in.
The number of sessions has happened with that session-cookie (eg. is this the first time they are visiting).
The platform the session happened on, for example: "Chrome 15 / Windows 7"
The length of the session.
The referrer (eg. if the visitor came from Google, direct or any other platform).
All URLs visited during the session and the length of each URL.
Any Onsite Campaigns that were displayed to the visitor and their outcome
Dynamic data
This data is not always collected because it depends on your Triggerbee setup. It is up to you if you want to track Interest Profiles, Events, Identification etc.
Any identification (email address or other unique identifier) that was logged during the session
Any events and/or tags that were logged during the session
Interest Profiles
Any other data logged to Triggerbee, eg. memberID or orderID.
Profile Data
Once the visitor has been identified, Triggerbee will create a profile for that visitor. Some of the historical session data will then be transferred to that profile, such as:
Name
Email
Phone number
Organization
Tags
Country
Device
Interest Profile
First Seen on your webpage
Last Seen on your webpage
Total number of actions on the webpage
Important Events, such as achieved events and referral campaigns (and when they happened)
A list of the latest visits
