How to use the Media Library

The Media Library lets you organize, upload, and manage your graphics, photos, and icons inside the Triggerbee editor

Updated this week

The Media Library is your central hub for all images and graphics used in campaigns. You can access it whenever you add an image, change an icon on a button or input field, or from the Add → Graphics section in the editor.

What is the Media Library?

The Media Library helps you keep all your campaign visuals organized and easy to find. It replaces the previous single-upload system with a complete visual manager where you can search, browse, and categorize your assets.

You can open the library in three ways:

  1. When adding or changing an image component.

  2. When changing an icon in buttons, inputs, checkboxes, or dropdowns.

  3. From the Add → Graphics tab in the left panel.

Media Library features

Upload multiple files at once

You can now drag and drop or select multiple files to upload at the same time.

This is especially useful when preparing graphics for seasonal campaigns or uploading template packs.

Once uploaded, all files appear instantly in your selected category (Photos or Graphics).

Asset categorization

The Media Library now separates your visuals into two clear categories:

  • Photos: Images and photography used for backgrounds or content visuals.

  • Graphics: Design elements, illustrations, and decorative artwork.

This separation helps keep your workspace clean and makes it easier to find what you need.

Organize assets with Collections (folders)

You can create Collections (which work the same as folders) inside each category to group related visuals.

For example, you might create collections like “Black Week,” “Christmas,” or “Badges.”

To create one, click Create Collection, name it, and start adding assets to it.

Your collection appears in the left panel under each category, and you can switch between collections to filter your view.

Icon Library

The Media Library also includes a built-in Icon Library for buttons, input fields, and list elements. You can access the icon library by navigating to Style > Component Appearance > Icon image.

You can browse or search for icons directly inside the library and apply them instantly.

Here are the components that can use icons from the icon library:

  • Buttons

  • Input fields

  • Radio buttons and checkboxes

  • Button choices

  • Dropdown menus

  • Bullet lists

Each icon can be resized, recolored, or repositioned using the Icon settings panel in the editor.

You can also apply your Brand Settings to make sure icons match your overall campaign styling.

Change preview color for better visibility

When browsing icons, you can change the background preview color to test visibility against light or dark designs.

This makes it easier to select icons that look balanced in your campaign.

Best practices

  • Keep all reusable assets in the Graphics category so they’re easy to access across campaigns.

  • Use Collections to organize by season, theme, or campaign type.

  • Apply Brand Settings to keep icons consistent with your campaign style.

  • Preview icons with different background colors before saving them to ensure accessibility and contrast.
