Customize your Analytics view
The controls at the top of the page apply to the entire Analytics dashboard.
Select accounts
Choose which account or accounts you want to include. If you manage multiple Triggerbee accounts, you can analyze them individually or view the combined data.
Choose a date range
Select the period you want to analyze. All metrics and charts on the page will update based on your selected period.
Indicate holidays & weekends
Enable "Indicate holidays & weekends" to highlight these days in your charts, making it easier to understand changes and patterns that weekends or holidays may affect.

Visits & Source
Under Visits & Source, you can explore your website traffic in more detail. See who your visitors are, where they come from, and how they access your website, with insights into visitor identification, acquisition channels, campaigns, location, devices, and returning visitor behavior.
Visits – Follow your website traffic over time and see how your bounce rate develops.
Traffic sources – See where your visitors come from and compare traffic, purchases, and revenue across different sources.
Visitor identification – Track how much of your traffic is identified or logged in, and break it down by purchase behavior, device, or traffic source.
New vs returning – See how your traffic is divided between first-time and returning visitors and how this develops over time.
Device breakdown – See which devices your visitors use and how your traffic is distributed across desktop, mobile, and tablet.
Geographical distribution – See where your visitors are located and which countries generate the most traffic.
UTM campaigns – Compare traffic from your UTM campaigns and see how individual campaigns perform over time. You can add or remove campaigns, depending on what you want to see.
Referring domains – See which external websites are sending visitors to your website and how referral traffic develops over time.
Event & Sales
Sales – Follow your sales performance over time and switch between revenue, purchases, and conversion rate. You can also choose to see only identified visits, or only logged-in visits.
Goals – Track completed goals over time and compare the performance of different goals.
Form performance – See how your forms perform over time, including responses, new email signups, and prevented duplicate signups.
Visit Behaviour
Content popularity – See which content your visitors engage with the most and compare engagement across different content dimensions.
Top content dimensions – Discover which categories, brands, materials, or other tracked dimensions generate the highest engagement. You can edit your content dimensions under My Triggerbee --> Customization --> Content Popularity.
Top pages – See which pages on your website receive the most views during the selected period.
Export your data
Each chart and report can be exported individually. Use the options menu to download the underlying data as CSV or JSON, or save the visualization as an image.
